Master Student (Pathogenesis)
We are looking for a Master Student (12 months) at the Division of Psychiatry Research at the University of Zurich. The successful applicant will work on the understanding of the involvement of a novel identified cytoskeletal protein in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease. This research project is based on the characterization of a lox-p/cre mice. We are looking for someone who hold (or expect to hold) a good Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Neuroscience or Biology). Candidates should be comfortable learning several and different animal based techniques. Our laboratory offers an exciting and friendly multi-disciplinary research environment.
