Master Student (Therapy AD)
We are looking for a Master Student (12 months) at the Division of Psychiatry Research at the University of Zurich. The successful applicant will work on the ‘Effects of amyloid-lowering therapy on cytokine in an AD mouse model’. The laboratory offers an exciting and friendly multi-disciplinary research environment with access to our state-of-the-art Cognitive-Behavioral Assessment Laboratory within our animal facility, opportunities for training in lab-based techniques, and excellent technical facilities. Education / Requirements Candidates should hold (or expect) a good Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Neuroscience, Biology or Immunology). Candidates should be comfortable learning animal based techniques and the use of video-tracking software for cognitive-behavioural assessment of mice. Above all, candidates should be enthusiastic to learn new techniques and to contribute to new experiments.
